Labor Capital Strategies Fellowship Wraps Another Year!
Heartland's Labor Capital Strategies Fellowship (LCS) program in partnership with Georgetown University's Kalmanovitz Initiative for the Working Poor (KI), concluded it's seventh year this month. Read more about each of our Fellows and view their amazing trip to the White House below. Special thank you to Karen Skelton and Alex Jacquez for hosting.
The mission of the LCS Fellowship is to educate a new generation of capital stewards and construct a diverse talent pipeline. LCS has been funded since 2017 with the generous support of the Heartland Network Family: asset managers, investors, pensions, pension consultants, labor unions, development, and academic/policy leaders. As of this year, seventy-six (76) Fellows have completed the program.
